I couldn't get log4net to read my config file while I was running tests in the NUnit GUI. Today I fired up Filemon to figure out what log4net was looking for. As soon as I saw the path I remembered this bug.
That was after I used Regmon to track down a "Library Not registered" problem on one our servers.
