My favorite .NET feature for today
Following Don Box’s lead, today my favorite .NET feature is the entire System.Globalization namespace.
I just added culture aware parsing to NArgs. You will be able to use NArgs to parse command-line arguments with date, integer, and double values using any culture that .NET understands.
It only took me about 20 minutes to write the code thanks to the Globalization support built into the .NET Framework. Thanks Microsoft.

Don Box now has a 'spoutlet'. This is a guy who never met a phrase he couldn't bend to serve his own ends - witness "MTS as the Rosa Parks of extensible metadata". Based on Don's posting frequency he *really* needs an RSS feed :-) so I'm scraping one with RssDistiller. The RSS feed is here, Radio users click here to subscribe.
Thanks for the RSS feed Peter. Now someone tell Don he needs to do this himself. I mean what kind of Xml guru let's someone else create the Xml feed for his site? ;-)
