This sounds a lot like Microsoft’s ".NET My Services". I was originally interested in "Hailstorm" for that reason. Unless I'm missing something, Microsoft will be the first to deploy such a system on a wide scale. Because they will be first, Microsoft is poised to set defacto standards in this area.
